If you would like to order the training module, the cost is $50.00 (this includes the shipping and handling charge). The cost for the Ladder Approach is $58.00. For Canada and all other locations outside of the United States the cost is $85.00 for either manual, which also includes the shipping and handling charge. For both manuals, the cost is $95 inside the USA.
